Coming up with a good website idea is the hardest part of developing websites. It’s easy to make a clone of a website, but being an innovator is a bit more difficult, it takes a special kind of intelligence. Creativity. Mix and mashing of associations and various websites and other ideas to create an entirely unique peice of software that is useable and helpful to many people. Thinking of what people need is a good place to start, or even better, thinking of what you yourself would use and be excited about using. If you like it, chances are other people will like it. But creating a copy of a site is just being a follower and thats no good and much more difficult. Even if you get to the top of being a follower your still a follower so the only thing to do is step above that into the innovator sphere and reallly give it all you’ve got and just find something passionate to create and biggity bam creation at it’s finest.
